There is a nonrefundable $50 application and processing fee. Your application will be processed when payment is received.
To qualify for admission, applicants must have earned a bachelor's degree. Students must be proficient in the English language. International students whose primary language is not English must submit satisfactory scores on the Test of English as a Foreign Language exam (TOEFL). The preferred TOEFL score is 600 paper-based, 250 computer-based, or 100 internet-based.
Describe your career/academic experience to date, your future goals and how obtaining an M.L.S. degree or LL.M. degree will help you achieve those goals. Limit your statement to 500 words or less. A personal statement may be uploaded during the application process, or you may email your personal statement as an attachment to the OU College of Law Graduate & International Programs at mls@law.ou.edu (for M.L.S. students).

Admissions Decision
The OU College of Law offers rolling admissions for the M.L.S. and LL.M. programs. The Admissions Committee meets regularly and should render a decision within 2-4 weeks upon submission of an application and all required supporting materials.
