Ergonomists have a unique way of looking at the world. They look at the built environment and imagine ways to make it fit humans better.

One way of finding out if something could be better is by doing something called a "product review." In a product review, an ergonomist looks at the purpose and design of a particular item or product and then comes up with a list of things which could be improved.

As a budding ergonomist, your first assignment is to write a product review of a standard pencil. Write a short paragraph on the purpose (what it's used for) and the design (what it looks like, how it's used) and then come up with three different ways the pencil could be improved.
