Real-Life Decision Making

You are working as an interpreter with a group of architects from Greece and some developers from Spain. While working with these people, you've come to realize that the developers don't like the architects. They don't think the architects are capable of doing the job.

At one point, a Spanish developer ends his sentence with the word "incompetents."

You've been hired to interpret everything that's said and the developer included this insult along with the rest of his sentence. However, you're not sure if you should repeat the insult. You think it might just stir things up with no real benefit.

These people are looking at you, waiting for you to translate. You'll have to decide very quickly how you're going to handle this. What do you do?
