Real-Life Decision Making -- Solution

You go along with the plan and offer the trips to the legislators.

Five weeks later, their pictures appear on the front page of the local newspaper. They are shown living it up in the sunshine, but the story tells of illegal contributions. An investigation ensues and you are caught in the web.

"You have to make...all different levels of decisions," says legislative advocate Michael Ross.

"[I decide] whether I'm going to give up a percentage of business for my client, or whether I'm going to go out and capture a new market for them....At the same time, I could suggest to them very strongly what color their buildings should be painted."
