You go with your own price.

Your dad must not have realized how much it would cost to fix the filter. You tell the customer it will cost $200 to fix the filter. The customer says the price is rather steep.

"Are you sure that's the price?" he asks. "Your dad usually gives me a deal on my spa because I spend so much money at your company on my other pools."

Now you realize why your dad gave such a low estimate! But it's too late to change your price. The customer gives your dad a call to check and see if this was the proper price. You groan as you can hear your dad's voice on the receiver saying, "He told you what?"
