Real-Life Decision Making -- Solution

You tell your client to continue without a contract.

This was the real-life decision made by agent Ross Rhodes. He knew the production company and he knew that they were well-established. He also knew a delay would cost thousands of dollars, and he didn't want that hanging over his head. He values the work this company gives his clients.

Rhodes says the fact that there was no contract didn't mean the studio had devious intentions. "It was just one of those things where they screwed up and the contracts weren't on set," he explains.

In the end, the actor got what he was told he would get and Rhodes continues to do good business with the studio.
