Real-Life Communication -- Solution

Here's an example of what you could say:

Hello class. I am here to talk to you today about the ultra high temperature pasteurization process, which could revolutionize the agricultural processing business.

The UHT pasteurization process will heat the milk five times hotter than normal pasteurization. This process will produce milk that will have a shelf life twice as long as it would have through any other process. The timing of the boiling is supposed to ensure that it will not eliminate any of the nutrients in the milk or change the taste of the milk.

Some researchers have shown that this process does change the taste and eliminate some nutrients in the milk. However, this cannot be taken as law because research on the UHT process is in its preliminary stages and in some studies the results even contradict each other. My best guess on this matter is that the UHT process does work in creating a longer shelf life, but it is not perfect yet.

Steve Gratz is the executive secretary of a farming association. He says you'll be communicating "not only with your school administration, but also with the members of the community and also with parents."
