You are a neuroscientist at a university. You are researching confused language in the elderly. One of your key goals is to improve peoples' understanding of confused language so they are not afraid of people affected by it. One day, your neighbor asks what your research involves. What do you tell him -- using simple terms that a person who is not a neuroscientist will understand?

This definition from the Glossary of Neuroscience Terms might help you: Confused language: a language indicative of cognitive impairment that may occur as a result of anterior cerebral artery blockages and may be accompanied by cerebral dementia, seems to be the result of cognitive problems with right hemisphere lesions.
