"Even if you had a lifting lug that was exceeding any of the load limits, you never, ever take a load on a crane or anything like that over people -- you clear them out," says Buchan. "You don't do that, because you don't know [about] the cables on the crane or whatever. That's just a no-no. You never ever take a load over people."
