Data Recovery Technologies

Exclusive Three-Point Guarantee!

1. No Files = No Charge: Initial evaluation is always free. We earn our living by recovering data, not by charging for evaluations.

2. Satisfaction Guaranteed Estimates: Even after an estimate is approved, you only pay if the recovery was successful.

3. Best Data Recovery: If we attempt a recovery and can't get your data back, we will pay $500 to any company that can.

All jobs received go through an extensive evaluation to determine:

  • Whether problems are physical (hardware) or logical (software) or both
  • What parts or repairs are needed
  • What damage has been done to file system structures
  • Whether system structures can be rebuilt
  • Whether recovery is recommended and how much time and money will be involved
  • What results to expect if recovery is attempted

The evaluation may take anywhere from two hours to one-and-a-half days. When it's complete, a representative will call you to explain what we found and what we can do. You will be offered an estimate of recovery costs for your approval.

Estimates are based on how much work and expertise is required for each particular job. Typically, successful recoveries range from $400 to $1,500. Some jobs can be considerably more, but absolutely no work will be charged without explicit customer approval of the estimate.

Complete turnaround, including analysis and recovery, is usually one to five days.

"I think you have to have good communication skills, both verbal and written," says Harry Elver, a computer consultant.

"You're going to do some communication via email or maybe even text messaging with some of this younger crowd now," says Elver. "And... you're probably going to have to end up doing proposals and what-not, and I think it's important that you can make a sentence and put a period at the end."
