Real-Life Decision Making -- Solution

You decide to leave the power on for the weekend and call the landlord on Monday.

It's cold outside and these tenants have nowhere else to go. You tell the tenants to be careful and hope for the best.

Unfortunately, the worst happens over the weekend. You arrive at work on Monday to hear about a fire at the house. An electrical fire started in the ceiling of one of the apartments and burned down the whole house. Two of the tenants were killed in the fire.
