Real-Life Decision Making

You're almost finished making a saddle for a rancher. The rancher rides his horse every day, so he wants a comfortable and durable product.

You just need a little more leather to finish the job. You realize you underestimated how much leather you needed. The only leather you have in stock is quite thin. It will probably stretch. If you use it, the saddle might need repairs in less than a year.

However, ordering more leather will mean your customer will have to wait. He is eager to get his new saddle.

What do you do?
