You refuse to let Jeremy join the group.

This is what dive instructor Tim Lever did. Despite the loss of income, Lever refused to let the diver go on the excursion. As an instructor, it was Lever's job to protect the safety of the group. "I wasn't going to jeopardize my students' safety by allowing an asthmatic diver to join in," Lever says.
