Real-Life Communication -- Solution

Here's what you could write:

"Enjoy our cream-filled chocolate truffles. Creamy, melt-in-your-mouth caramel, is wrapped in smooth milk or dark chocolate. Made from 100 percent pure cocoa butter and only the finest ingredients, these truffles are the perfect companions for white dessert wines."

And:

"Bark never tasted so good. Both the Confectioner's Association and the American Chocolatier's Guild have recognized our award-winning almond bark. Hand-picked almonds and the finest coconut are combined with creamy milk or dark chocolate to create a bark that any chocolate lover would be happy to chew on."

Communication skills are important in this career.

"You do have to know a lot of written communications," says chocolatier Yael Camhi. "We have to write ingredient labels, promotional mailing and explain to people about our chocolates. It's an important skill to have."
