Real-Life Decision Making

You've been working for a video game company developing games for several projects, and they're very happy with your performance. They decide to bring you into the meetings to get your input for their next project.

The company is established with a core audience of teenage boys and always sells a consistent number of each game they produce. However, there does seem to be a feeling that the company isn't progressing like others are. Female gamers have risen in number and prominence over the past decade and they represent a growing percentage of those who buy games.

The company you work for has been considering making a game geared towards females. If you say they should go for the female-oriented game and it's a success, your chances of getting a promotion in the company could easily go up. Your reputation will improve and no doubt people will listen to your ideas.

On the other hand, if you say they should go for the female-oriented game and it's a flop, your future at this relatively traditional company might be uncertain.

What do you do?
