Real-Life Math -- Solution

Saving one boss for the final room, this leaves you with 6 bosses to divide between 12 levels.

12/6 = 2

You want to put in 1 boss every 2 levels. You put the bosses at the end of levels 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12, plus 1 in the final room. You arrange them so the easiest bosses appear earliest in the game, and as the game progresses, each boss is more difficult.
