Real-Life Decision Making -- Solution

Put together your video segment with footage you already have.

You're getting bored trying the tricks over and over again. Your part isn't great, but it will do, right? You quickly edit it together and send it off to the producers.

Unfortunately, they're not impressed. They're especially let down because they had heard good things about you, so they had high expectations. Due to the high volume of submissions, they decide not to include you in the video.

"I think decision-making skills play a big part, and sometimes in very weird ways," says pro aggressive inline skater Chris Haffey. "When you are filming a part and you just go skate and get some stuff filmed... it might turn out awesome. On the other hand, if you take a step back and wisely choose your spots and the tricks you do on them, it could turn into an epic section with less effort."
