Real-Life Decision Making -- Solution

You teach food preparation and table service.

After all, you say to yourself, this is what the students are interested in and both are worthwhile topics. Perhaps they will learn good nutrition somewhere else, maybe from magazines or from television.

The students are pleased with the decision. But you continue to worry about their eating habits and wonder if you have made the right choice. You try to work some information about nutrition into the classroom discussions whenever you get the chance.
