Real-Life Math -- Solution

The total number of loaves that will be baked is 15 / 4 = 3.75, or 4, as we must round up to the nearest whole number.

You will need:

Flour: 2.75 cups x 4 = 11 cups total

Since you are using 1/2 white and 1/2 whole-wheat flour, you will need 11 / 2 = 5.5 cups of each.

Vegetable Oil: 0.75 x 4 = 3 cups

Sugar: 0.33 cup x 4 = 1.33 cups

2 Eggs: 2 x 4 = 8 eggs

Walnuts: 0.5 cup x 4 = 2 cups

Baking Powder: 2 tsp. x 4 = 8 tsp.

Cinnamon: 1 tsp. x 4 = 4 tsp.

Now you're ready to bake!
