As a self-employed tutor, you are required to invoice your clients at the end of every month. An invoice is a written statement of the money that you are asking to be paid.

An invoice contains the following information: your business name and address, a special reference number assigned to the invoice, the client's name, number of hours tutoring provided that month, the price per hour and the total amount claimed, plus a seven percent tax that the government requires you to collect. You close by thanking the client for their business and signing your name.

During the month of March, you provided eight hours of tutoring to Marilee Johnson. You charge $12 per hour.

Write the invoice that you will send to Marilee.
