You're a psychologist and play therapist working toward your PhD. For your thesis, you're going to demonstrate the effectiveness of play therapy.

You've devised a study that involves 20 children. One group of 10 children has had 3 months of play therapy. A second group of 10 children has had 3 months of talk therapy without play.

Before therapy began, each child was given a self-esteem rating out of 100, with 100 being excellent self-esteem and 0 being poor self-esteem. Following the 3 months of therapy, the children's self-esteem was rated again.

Using the numbers below, calculate the average self-esteem for each group, both before and after the therapy. Calculate the percentage improvement for each group.
