It is very expensive and costs you even more to have your employees trained to use it. But there is a problem with the program -- it doesn't integrate with the systems you have now. So if you want to keep it, you have to change the rest of your systems over to be compatible with Wincite.

CKO John Peetz designed his own software for his company to share materials. "We have what we call a knowledge web that any of our employees have access to; we call it the intranet. Employees put in information and get information out of it. It is a very valuable tool."
