Passenger (P): Hi, I have this ticket, but my travel agent said I should ask someone. Is there any way I could get a flight closer to the mountain? I'd rather not have to rent a car.
Airline Ticket Agent (ATA): Well, let's see what we can find. I see you've got skis with you. Are you headed out on winter break?
P: Yes. I've been looking forward to this for so long. If I can't get a direct flight in, could I possibly get a connecting flight or a commuter closer to the mountains?
