Additional Information

In the U.S., no special requirements are needed to become a window washer. However, having a high school diploma may increase your chances of finding work. In addition, janitorial classes are sometimes given locally by unions, the government or by an employer.

The International Window Cleaning Association offers courses and seminars across North America. For seminars in your area, contact the association.
