"We've been in operation since 1972, and in that time we've trained more than 6,000 people," says Dean Harris. He is an audiometric testing instructor.

"Testing is needed and will continue to be needed for occupations with noise," says Harris.

"Many people learn to do this testing as a part of their regular work. They would earn the salary of a nurse and also do this work as part of their job description."
