Real-Life Decision Making

In a career as a nail technician, you will make many decisions. For example, you'll need to decide which services to offer your customers and the best products to use. Also, you'll need to decide on a payment policy.

Why is a payment policy so important? Everyone knows a customer must pay for services, right? A firm payment policy will help avoid problems.

A repeat customer shows up for her appointment. You've done her nails three times before, and each time she paid in cash and tipped generously.

After spending an hour on her nails, she discovers that she has forgotten her cash at home and asks if she can drop by tomorrow to pay you.

You don't want to offend her, but you also don't want to get cheated out of your hard-earned money.

What do you do?
