Sebastian Verrier is a sommelier in Miami. "There are not so many in the United States -- maybe 10 in Miami and 20 or 30 in all of Florida," he says.

"There are many new schools for sommeliers opening in America. Because of that training, there will be jobs for more in the future, I think," says Verrier.
