Real-Life Decision Making -- Solution

Take matters into your own hands and request another sample for testing

You're a pathologists' assistant, and you just realized you skipped a step in your biopsy. You decide to request another sample so that you can redo the test, without consulting your pathologist.

The pathologist sees the request for another sample. He is immediately suspicious and starts asking questions. You know that you have undermined his authority.
