Real-Life Communication

You are an executive assistant for the president of a large corporation. Today, your boss will be welcoming a few executives from Spain. This is not uncommon in your office and you often deal with people who speak English as their second language.

Luckily for you, after years of dealing with foreign executives, you have been able to pick up a few words here and there from a variety of languages. You also count Spanish as one of your more fluent languages. A welcome luncheon has been set up in which your boss and the guest executives will discuss business. You have been asked to sit in just in case any communication problems arise.

The executives arrive and you proceed to welcoming them into the office. Your boss comes out and begins welcoming them as well. As they proceed with business, your boss tells the executives, "Our company can help your company turn over a new leaf."

This expression does not exist in Spanish and the literal translation does not make any sense. The Spanish executives appear a little confused. The language barrier is obviously causing some miscommunication. What could you say to the guest executives?
